Simple Ways to Boost Your Baby’s IQ (Part 2)

On previous article, we have already written about the two first possible ways parents can try to boost their baby’s IQ. Fortunately, those are not the only things. The following tips will complete your list:

Talking to your baby also can be done by using fingers. Yes, that’s what we call as sign language. It has been proven to be the good way to communicate with the baby due to positive effect on baby’s IQ and language development.

Breastfeeding and intelligence also has strong correlation. Babies who were breastfed longer are proven to get higher score on mental development tests when they grow older compared to formula-fed babies. Also, this is a good option of baby bonding.

Being close to your baby (psychologically), however, does not mean that you need to be with them all the time. There should be “me time” for your baby if you want them to have higher IQ.

They need you beside them, but they should also be trained to amuse themselves by playing with toys, crawling, etc. It boosts baby’s brain power which will be surely helpful for their academic achievement later.

So now you do not need to doubt to say that boosting your baby’s IQ is not as difficult as you imagine. It can be done by doing the activities which are not only simple, but also essential to strengthen the emotional bond between you and your baby.
